The Daily Press reports that on Saturday, May 11, 2013, a vehicle in Virginia Beach hit and injured a 14-year-old female in the 2200 block of Princess Ave. The injuries were, fortunately, not life-threatening, which is incredible considering that after being hit by the 1999 Nissan Ultima, the victim was thrown for nearly 40 feet. The driver of the vehicle, 41-year-old Brian Michael Montella, stopped and helped the victim and received a summons from the police for operating a vehicle without a license.
