A few weeks ago, the Carroll News reported on an accident that occurred on Laurel Fork Road in Carroll County. The State Troopers at the scene reported that driver Janice Green pulled out in front of a truck driven by Amber Bobbitt, who was heading west on the 58, causing the accident. Both Bobbitt and a minor in the vehicle needed to go to the hospital with serious injuries. Others in the vehicle received only minor injuries. Green needed to be cut from her vehicle and then taken to the hospital.
