Man Dies after Car Drags Him for Four Miles
Several days ago near the town of Lanexa on Richmond Road a vehicle hydroplaned and crashed, ejecting the driver. A second vehicle came through the area, running over the victim and dragging him four miles and all the way into the next county. Another driver saw what was happening and used his own vehicle to block the road so that the car could not continue. The driver who dragged the victim claims not to have known there was any problem. He thought that he’d hit some debris from the accident, but had no idea that he’d hit – and was still dragging – a human being. Unfortunately, according to the Virginia Gazette, the man, one Letroy Prince Wallace, has succumbed to the injuries he received after an accident several days earlier.
These types of accidents, while rare, do happen. If you or a loved one has been in any type of vehicle accident, it’s time to call attorney Joe Miller for some help. You want to have someone on your side that can help you with the legal questions that you are sure to have, and who can explain everything that’s going to be happening.
