A 69-year-old jogger whose identity has not been released was hit by a minivan last Thursday morning.
The accident took place around 9:15 a.m. in Norfolk, at the intersection of Everett and Pine streets. According to firemen, the victim was found on the road with serious injuries when emergency personnel first arrived at the scene. The woman driving the vehicle that struck the man was taken to Norwood Hospital since she was in shock.
