Moyock, NC, August, 2020. Cable Technician Suffers Shoulder Injury While at Customer’s Property. We were able to secure a six-figure settlement for an injured worker who tripped over a small hand truck in a customer’s yard. He fell forward and came down on his right knee, extending his left arm to stop the fall. He heard a crunch in his shoulder. He ended up suffering numerous shoulder injuries from the fall, which required multiple surgeries, including a rotator cuff repair.  An FCE in May of 2020 found him only capable of Medium work, unable to resume his prior duties in the cable installation industry.
