Norfolk, VA. Joe Miller recently negotiated a six-figure settlement for a 73-year old male dump truck driver who suffered severe injuries when his dump truck overturned. After he underwent surgery for ulnar nerve decompression on his wrist, the worker continued to suffer from intractable headaches related to a head injury which occurred in the accident. Despite the workers compensation insurance companies’ attempts to engage the employee in vocational rehabilitation, no jobs were found within the restrictions set by the injured worker’s physicians.
