Joe Miller Obtains Six-Figure Settlement for Construction Worker Who Had Back Surgery after Years of Battling and Winning Motions against Insurance Company

October, 2014, Raleigh, NC. Joe Miller negotiated a substantial, six-figure settlement for a 49-year old construction worker who required a lumbar fusion surgery.
