Joe Miller Obtains Six-Figure Virginia Workers Comp Settlement for 52-year Old Electrician

Roanoke, VA July, 2014. Joe Miller negotiated a six-figure settlement for a 52-year old electrician who suffered a back injury when he went to lift a spool of wire. He underwent lumbar disc surgeries at two levels. There were conflicting issues relating to his medical care, treatment and level of disability.
