Joe Miller Obtains Substantial, Six Figure Settlement for Virginia Beach Nurse
2007, Norfolk, Va.—We negotiated a substantial six-figure injury settlement for a Virginia Beach anesthesia nurse who was a passenger in a vehicle stopped at a red light. The defendant came from the opposite direction, ran the red light, and slammed into another vehicle which then struck our client’s car. She suffered from spinal fracture and several broken ribs, but she was ultimately able to return to her full duties as a nurse anesthetist.
