Jurisdiction Claim Number (JCN): “This number is assigned to an injured worker when their claim is reported to the Commission. An injured worker is encouraged to include the JCN on any and all correspondences sent to the Commission. Examples of JCNs: VA00000123456, VA01002421234, VA02000001234. ”
