How much will it cost me to hire a lawyer on my workers’ compensation case?

All attorneys’ fees must be approved by the Industrial Commission; however, typically, our fee is 25% of your recovery, and that is at the fee that the Industrial Commission will typically approve. That means, that in the meantime, you do not have to send us any money, and there is no retainer fee of any kind.
