What is Strong Justice℠?
Strong Justice℠, quite simply put, is the way we practice law at Joe Miller Law, Ltd. It means three essential things:
- We do not take every case that comes into our office.
- If we decide to take your case, you become family.
- When you become family, you are entitled to special treatment. This includes the right to talk to your lawyer.
Let’s look at each more closely:
1. We do not take every case that calls into our office.
Many larger law firms you see on TV operate a high- volume practice. This means those firms are typically taking in more than 1,000 cases a year. That is like a school teacher trying to remember all the facts and figures in over 1,000 different student personnel files.
Accepting this large number of cases means the big law firms are often not carefully screening each case to determine whether it meets reasonable criteria that hopefully predicts a successful verdict or settlement.
It also means that, even if your case is very severe, it is one of thousands handled by that firm.
At Joe Miller Law, we intentionally do not handle thousands of cases. We operate a “boutique” practice. What that means to you is each potential client who calls into our office is carefully screened to determine whether the facts of their case meet our criteria for a successful resolution.
Why are we so careful about this?
The reason we are careful about screening cases is because we are best able to assist seriously injured victims. We believe ignoring your client is wrong, and that is why at Joe Miller Law, we schedule phone conferences when a client requests time to speak with their lawyer.
