Virginia Beach, VA. Joe Miller recently negotiated a substantial six-figure settlement for a 59-year old female truck driver who suffered severe injuries when she was smacked in the face by a trailer door. A strong gust of wind had come along and caused the door to smash her face as she was checking her cargo, causing her to suffer a bilateral nasal fracture. This resulted in two nasal surgeries, as well as the development of ocular headaches and later severe emotional and mental difficulties, which caused the worker to become almost completely debilitated.
